User Agreement

1. Definitions

• User: any individual registered on the website and using the Service.

• Service: GramGPT’s website, software, and API.

• Content: all materials published in the Service (text, code, media, etc.).

• Features: automation tools, technical support, account access, and related services.

2. Registration & Access

2.1. Users must register and purchase a subscription to access the Service.

2.2. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping passwords, tokens, and session files secure.

2.3. Any actions performed through Telegram accounts via the Service are considered to be the User’s responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All rights to the Service, including source code, design, and content, belong to the Administration.

3.2. Users may only use the Service for personal purposes. Any commercial use, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

3.3. Any ideas or feature suggestions submitted by Users become the property of the Service without compensation.

4. Payment & Refunds

4.1. The Service is offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

4.2. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a complete service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours caused by a technical fault on our side.

4.3. No refunds will be issued in cases of Telegram account bans, limitations, or functionality losses caused by Telegram policies.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

5.1. The Service is not liable for Telegram account bans, data loss, financial losses, or reputational damage.

5.2. Users acknowledge that usage of automation tools may violate Telegram’s Terms of Service.

5.3. The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Third-party claims due to User’s use of the Service

• Violation of these Terms

• Infringement of intellectual property or other rights

7. Suspension & Termination

7.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without explanation.

7.2. If a User violates these Terms, access may be revoked without any refund.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. The Service may update these Terms at any time without notice.

8.2. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8.3. The current version will always be available on https://gramgpt.io

9. Notices & Communication

Official notifications will be delivered via personal dashboard or Telegram.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of <strong>Ukraine</strong>.

10.2. All disputes shall be settled in Ukrainian courts.

10.3. If any part of the Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining parts remain in force.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the full legal understanding between the User and the Service.
